こどもが嫌がって歯磨きが
出来ない事ってありませんか？
【 こどもの歯健康は親の責任】
と言われていますが、イヤイヤ期の
こどもの歯磨きって正直言って
大変じゃないですか？
我が家は本当に大変でした。
口を開けない、逃げる、
何捕まえてひざに乗せても暴れる…
１歳半～２歳頃、
３歳からと
やり方を少しずつ変えて
何とか今の所は虫歯は無く
綺麗な歯が続いています。
＜＜１歳半～２歳ごろ＞＞
・ 手持ちの鏡を持って口の中を
見せて磨かせる
・ 👆のやり方でダメな時は、子供と
向かい合って目の前で一緒に
歯磨きをする
・ 親の歯磨きを一緒に歯ブラシを
握らせて磨く
まず自分で機嫌よく磨かせることで、仕上げ磨きを機嫌よくさせてくれる
事が多い事に気づきました🌟
＜＜３歳ごろ＞＞
この頃はなんでも
「自分でする～！！」
時期に突入しており、仕上げ磨きを
してくれない時期です…
娘の自分でしたい！！
気持ちを大切にしたかったので、
・「あれ～？？お口の中から
ばい菌さんの声が聞こえるよ～！
大変！
お口の中で工事しちゃうって！！」
と言うと慌てて自分で磨きに行って
くれました(笑)
・さっ！！としか磨かなかった時は
「虫ばい菌さんが
右の奥歯に逃げないと～
って言ってるよ！」
そこを磨いたら
「次は下の奥歯～」と順番に場所を
移動させます。
年中組になった娘に対しての新しい工夫は
自分磨きと仕上げ磨きの
歯磨き粉の味を変えています。
ご自身のお子さまが嫌がって大変ってなっておられましたら、わが子の好みではありますが一度試してみてください♪
